The performance of the automatic rubber mixer has a decisive influence on the quality and efficiency of the solvent-free composite production line. In the actual production process, many quality and efficiency problems of solvent-free mixing are closely related to the performance and quality of the automatic mixer. For example, the mixing uniformity, glue output capacity and mixing ratio accuracy of the automatic glue mixer are closely related to the performance of the solvent-free composite production line, and the matching relationship between the automatic glue mixer and the solvent-free composite host largely determines the efficiency of the solvent-free composite complete equipment.

What are the basic requirements of the automatic glue mixing machine: 1. Glue synchronization means that the two components of glue can be output strictly synchronously at any time point, that is, glue delivery can be started or stopped at the same time to avoid inconsistent actions of the two sets of glue delivery devices. 2, uniform mixing, refers to ensure that the two-component glue can be evenly mixed at any time point in the operation section to meet the needs of the two-component glue reaction curing. Sufficient conveying capacity means that it can provide a sufficiently stable adhesive conveying capacity, that is, to meet the expected adhesive dosage, operating speed and material width requirements of the solvent-free composite production line. The speed, width and other parameters of modern solvent-free laminating machine are constantly improving, which puts forward new requirements for automatic glue mixing machine. 3, safe and reliable, refers to the necessary safety protection function, to ensure that the automatic rubber mixer has been in a controlled state and reliable operation. Common safety protection functions include a series of condition monitoring and many alarm measures, such as temperature overrun, pressure overrun and liquid level overrun alarms.

Whether it is reasonable to use the mixing ratio as the main performance index of the automatic glue mixer: it is reasonable to use the mixing ratio as the main performance index of the automatic glue mixer, because the mixing ratio can reflect the proportional relationship between the two components of the glue liquid, and to a certain extent can characterize the control accuracy and performance level of the automatic glue mixer. However, if the mixing ratio is simply used as the main indicator to measure the automatic mixer, it is one-sided and may even lead to huge risks.

First, the mixing ratio is usually used as a macroscopic measurement index, in this case, it does not reflect the microscopic state of the two components. Although the static index is convenient to measure, it can not accurately reflect the real situation of rubber transportation and mixing, nor can it reflect the relative proportion of the two components of the rubber solution at different time points. Of course, it can not effectively guide and control the stability of the production process. At present, most automatic mixing machines do not have the function of detecting and displaying the dynamic mixing ratio. Therefore, from the development point of view, the dynamic mixing ratio should be more as the main performance index of the automatic mixing machine.
