The automatic glue mixing machine is referred to as the glue mixing machine, also known as the metering cavity glue mixing machine. It is a system that uses a metering pump to extract the two-component adhesive from the glue storage barrel according to the set mixing ratio, and delivers it to the coating unit of the solvent-free laminating machine after mixing evenly. The main performance indicators of the mixer include the mixing ratio range, the static and dynamic accuracy of the mixing ratio control, the adaptation range of the adhesive viscosity, the volume of the storage barrel, the temperature of the heating system and its control accuracy, and the amount of glue supplied per unit time.

In many cases, users of solvent-free composite equipment will use different manufacturers, different uses, different types of adhesives, especially when using different adhesives in the same mixing machine, it is necessary to pay attention to:(1) any new adhesive before the first use, process test. (2) When changing from high-performance glue (such as cooking glue) to low-performance glue (ordinary glue), there is no need to clean the glue mixer, but when changing from low-performance glue to high-performance glue, the glue mixer needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Due to the different types of composite products, some users need to use different types of adhesives, such as ordinary adhesives for the production of dry and lightweight packaging and cooking adhesives for the production of cooking packages.

In order to reduce the cleaning time of the glue mixing machine and the downtime of the host, many users will be equipped with a solvent-free compounding equipment and two glue mixing machines. This method is flexible and convenient, can effectively improve production efficiency, but should be paid attention to in the process of use. (1) Due to the use of different adhesives, it must be clearly marked on the mixer for differentiation. (2) When the rubber mixer is stopped for a long time, care should be taken to prevent the adhesive in the rubber storage barrel and the rubber conveying hose from reacting or clogging. After an abnormality is found, it must be carefully cleaned before use. (3) Change the position of the rubber mixing machine at any time to ensure that the working rubber mixing machine is in the designated working position to prevent excessive twisting or bending of the rubber hose due to improper position of the rubber mixing machine, causing breakage.

The main components and application requirements of the glue mixing machine: in the mixing process of two-component adhesive, the metering pump, static mixing tube and glue barrel are the main components of the glue mixing machine. The correct understanding and application of these components is to ensure that the two-component adhesive mixing uniform, smooth glue supply of the basic requirements: 1, metering pump. Metering pump, also known as quantitative pump or proportional pump, is one of the key components of rubber mixing machine, which supplies or extracts certain materials (adhesive) according to the pre-selected quantity or time interval. 2. Static mixing tube. The static mixing tube, also known as AB mixing tube, double liquid mixing tube and spiral mixing tube, is a special tool for automatic mixing of two-component adhesives. The static mixing tube is a kind of mixing equipment without movement, its interface is bayonet or spiral, and its inner core is spiral. 3. Vat glue system. The glue barrel is one of the main tools in the mixing process of solvent-free two-component adhesive, which is divided into large glue barrel and small glue barrel. The general specification of the large rubber barrel is 200kg or 1000kg, and the general specification of the small rubber barrel is 20kg, sometimes even smaller.
