The glue of the glue filling machine mainly flows and cuts continuously through the glue mixing tube in the glue valve to achieve the effect of uniform glue mixing. The mixing tube of the glue filling machine is also called mixing head, mixing head, rubber head, gun head, etc., and the dispensing nozzle, spiral tube, spiral rod, etc. are also commonly known. Its main function is to mix A glue and B glue in the pipeline.

The glue of the glue pouring machine passes through the spiral rod in the spiral tube. The spiral rod is composed of a series of rotating blades arranged vertically and tightly in the casing. When AB glue passes through the mixing tube, it will be cut and recombined continuously. Divide it into two, divide it into four, reorganize it, divide it again, and stick it out again. So after so many mixing processes, the glue has been completely mixed evenly.

There are two ways to mix the rubber tube of the rubber filling machine, one is static mixing and the other is dynamic mixing. Static mixing relies on the natural flow of the two glues, and through the special structure of the mixing tube, they continuously shear each other to achieve uniform mixing. In contrast, in dynamic mixing, a small drive motor is installed at the top of the mixing tube. The rapid rotation of the motor drives the mixing blade in the mixing tube to rotate, so that the glue of the and B components is evenly mixed.

Whether it is a static mixing tube or a dynamic mixing tube, their working principle is the same. The glue is separated by the screw and mixed evenly. The glue filling machine adopts a mixing tube to mix glue, which can save labor, reduce waste, greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
