1. Please clean the machine part regularly to increase the service life. The more the amount of glue mixed together, the faster the reaction and the faster the curing speed, so it is necessary to make a reasonable glue match according to the actual production situation, otherwise it will cause a waste of glue. Eliminate accidents and improve production efficiency.

2. When replacing the glue type, clean the pipeline first. First close the feed valve and open the discharge valve. After discharging the remaining compound in the glue tank, close the discharge valve, open the feed valve, pour the cleaning solvent into the glue tank, start the machine, and squeeze out the solvent according to the normal operation mode. Flush.

3. When the machine is not in use for a long time, the power supply should be unplugged, which can not only extend the service life of the machine, but also save a lot of electricity bills.

4. If the air pressure is abnormal and water vapor is found, please remove the water vapor in the pressure regulating filter or check whether the air pressure source is abnormal.

5. The regulator of the quantitative cylinder of this machine needs to be lubricated regularly to increase its service life; regularly (once a week) use a grease gun to add 2-3 guns of high-temperature lithium-based grease to the nozzle.

Note:

Clean every time you use it and wipe all the places you can see. Rub with alcohol. Apply oil or butter to frequently moving parts to maintain lubrication. If you don't use it for a long time, you must polish the glue, otherwise it will solidify in the glue dispenser.
