(I) use AB glue machine before gluing

1.AB glue storage capacity: check the discharge tank of AB glue machine to ensure sufficient AB glue;
2. Heating, stirring and defoaming in vacuum environment: if heating is required, it is usually not necessary to heat material a, but material B can be directly heated, and stirring must be started under heating. Similarly, if defoaming in vacuum environment, the vacuum valve needs to be started, and this process needs to be carried out before the third step.
3. Gate valve condition of AB glue machine: first start the intake valve (the origin of the glue discharge pressure), then start the discharge valve, and keep the vacuum valve in advance to turn off; Check the glue spitting gate valve to see if the gate valve is sensitive;
4. Detect and start the AB glue machine: Detect the glue spitting gate valve to see if the gate valve is sensitive; The AB glue machine touch all-in-one machine equipment sets the glue output percentage of AB glue, and presses the start button in the screen touch screen to start the machine equipment.

(II) AB glue machine gluing process

1. AB glue after stirring and mixing: appearance: the AB glue after stirring and mixing should be evenly distributed and keep the same net weight: the total quantity of glue spit out each time should be consistent; If there is obvious uneven distribution or inconsistent net weight, please shut down the machine for inspection. In the process of processing, the total quantity of AB glue shall be re-approved for each corresponding number of commodities.
2. Low pressure warning light: when the pressure is lower than the operating pressure, a buzzer alarm will sound, and glue spitting needs to be terminated. After the pressure returns to normal, the buzzer will terminate the alarm, and normal production and processing will be carried out.
3. Attention should be paid to observing the/B material water level digital display tube and making feeding plans in advance.
4. Press the emergency stop key when gluing: start the emergency stop switch, and the equipment will not spray AB glue; When the emergency stop switch is released and pops up, the equipment sprays AB glue.

(III) use AB glue machine glue finished

1. Turn off the heating, stir well, touch the all-in-one machine key to start the "terminate" key
2. Cleaning of static stirring and mixing pipe: After stopping spitting glue, the stirring and mixing pipe must be disassembled and cleaned within a short period of time to avoid blocking caused by coagulation.
3. Disassemble and assemble the mixing pipe and install the lock cover: put one-third of the butter into the lock cover and screw it on to seal it tightly.
4, turn off the gate valve: turn off the barrel inlet valve (moisture-proof desiccant gate valve)
5. Turn off the program power supply
