AB glue machine, also called double-liquid dispensing machine, double-component dispensing equipment, etc., belongs to double-liquid dispensing system glue filling machine. AB glue machine mainly consists of three parts: two pressure barrels (mainly used to provide and store two different glues to the dispensing valve),AB glue dispensing valve (mainly used to mix the two glues in different proportions and solidify after hair attack within a certain period of time), there is also a controller, also known as dispensing machine (the main function is to control the amount of dispensing and the frequency and accuracy of dispensing).

The working principle of AB glue machine: add glue to the glue pressure tank of AB glue machine, connect air pressure to the pressure tank, let glue be fed from the hose to the automatic dispensing valve, then use the designed dispensing method steps of AB glue machine to give an automatic dispensing valve operation data signal, and then the dispensing valve can implement dispensing. This is the working principle of basic AB glue machine dispensing on LCD display screen and back panel of display screen.

AB glue machine, also known as AB glue dispenser, AB glue filling machine and AB glue coating machine, is a kind of equipment specially designed for two-component glue, which is very different from the general single-liquid glue spraying machine. The biggest difference between AB glue machine and other equipment is that AB glue machine has two barrels, of which A barrel is used to hold the glue and B barrel is used to hold the catalyst. When the catalyst and A glue collide, the glue solidifies. On the other hand, the glue is fully automatic fusion with the help of equipment, which is used for the gluing of commodities with large total output. Since the AB barrel is separated, the glue is pumped out into the fusion tube with the help of a pump, so there is no need for the core glue to solidify in the barrel. If the two-component glue is used for dispensing with a general single-liquid dispensing machine, the smaller quantity of goods is more suitable for this kind of goods. The glue must be fused in advance artificially, and then poured into the needle of AB glue machine. The quantity cannot be too much each time, otherwise it will solidify before the glue is finished.
