The screw pump works according to the principle of rotating meshing volume. The main working parts of the screw pump are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometry of the two components, a separate sealed chamber is formed at the beginning. The medium flows uniformly along the axial direction. The internal flow rate is low and the volume remains unchanged. The pressure of the screw pump is stable and does not produce vortex and agitation. It is characterized by strong adaptability to the medium, stable flow, small pressure pulsation and strong self-priming ability, which can not be replaced by any other pump. And in the later maintenance, the screw pump only needs to replace the stator (spiral sheath), which greatly reduces the cost.

3. plunger pump. A double-cylinder metering plunger pump and a metering method thereof. The device includes a motor, a pump head, a ball screw, a transmission gear, an induction switch and a bottom plate. The motor is connected with the transmission gear; one side of the two ball screws is fixed on the pump head fixing plate on the bottom plate, and the other side is connected with the transmission Gear connection; each ball screw is provided with a plunger rod; a support rod is provided between the front fixing plate of the ball screw and the pump head fixing plate; the pump head is provided with four glue inlet and outlet through holes, one end is connected with the outside world, and the other end is sealed with the plunger rod. In this method, after the induction switch senses the signal, the direction of the glue inlet and outlet is changed by changing the rotation direction of the motor and the direction of the reversing valve on the pump head, and the two glue inlet and outlet ports are always in a state of one glue inlet and one glue outlet. The invention has the advantages of high control accuracy, stable in and out of glue, and continuous out of glue.

What are the possible problems of glue filling machine?

1. The glue size of the glue pouring machine is inconsistent. When the glue is inconsistent, it is mainly caused by the unstable air pressure of the pressure cylinder or the stored fluid. The inlet pressure regulator should be set at 10 to 15psi; lower than the limit low pressure in the factory; the pressure of the pressure cylinder should be above the middle of the pressure gauge, and should avoid the low pressure part of the pressure gauge, the control pressure of the glue valve should be at least 60psi Above to ensure the stability of glue delivery, check the delivery time of glue, less than 15/1000 seconds, the glue is unstable, the longer the glue is more stable.

2. The flow rate of the glue filling machine is too slow. If the flow rate is too slow, the pipe should be changed from 1/4 "to 3/8". If not necessary, the pipe should be as short as possible.

3. Gas bubbles in the fluid of the glue pouring machine. Excessive fluid pressure combined with a short valve opening time may cause air to penetrate into the liquid; the solution is to reduce the fluid pressure and use a tapered needle.

4. The glue filling machine instant glue (dry glue) is blocked on the glue valve "joint" and pipeline. This situation is mainly caused by excessive moisture or repeated use of instant glue. Fresh instant glue should be used and the pipes should be thoroughly cleaned without moisture. The air used should be determined to be dry, and a filter should be installed between the factory air pressure and the glue valve system.
