What are the precautions for the use of glue filling machine? Let's take a brief look at it.

1. Vacuum and defoam the glue through the vacuum system of the glue filling machine to eliminate the bubbles generated during the stirring process, or let it stand for 10-20 minutes before use, so as to eliminate the bubbles generated during stirring in time. The vacuum function of the glue should be selected according to the process requirements of the product and the characteristics of the glue. Most glue has the function of automatically discharging bubbles, and the small bubbles generated can be basically ignored, however, if the product technology cannot accept slight bubbles, the vacuum function needs to be used.

2. Take the amount in proportion and weigh it accurately. Please remember that the proportion is a weight ratio rather than a volume ratio. You can use an electronic scale to weigh the glue first; after mixing, agent A and agent B should be fully stirred evenly to avoid incomplete curing.

3. The surface of the product that needs to be filled with glue needs to be kept dry and clean to prevent the glue from falling off due to insufficient adhesion between the glue and the product.

4. During the curing process, please keep the product placed horizontally to avoid glue overflow during the curing process.

5. Before using in large quantities, please try in small quantities and master the skills of using the product to avoid errors. When there is no problem in the test, mass production will be carried out.

6. Very few people who have long-term contact with glue will have slight skin allergy and slight itching pain. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using, please wipe off with alcohol or alcohol when sticking to the skin, and clean with detergent.
