Automatic dispensing machine is often used in semiconductor, components, chips and other products to enhance the sealing coverage of waterproof and dustproof. Now the mature convenience of automated processes has largely replaced or even improved the traditional model. How to improve and guarantee the dispensing accuracy of the automatic dispensing machine when making the sealing dispensing process?

1. Glue output size: Glue is a fluid liquid. During the dispensing process, the amount of glue should be half as small as the actual demand range, so as to avoid excessive glue overflow or exceed the required range.

2. Glue viscosity: Different viscosity will cause wire drawing, infiltration and dyeing, weak adhesion and so on in the dispensing process. Not all glues are suitable for sealing and sealing.

3. Size of dispensing needle: The diameter of the inner hole of the needle is directly related to the thickness of the dispensing line. The selection of the needle of the automatic dispensing machine can be configured according to 1/2 of the diameter of the rubber strip, so as to avoid excessive dispensing of too much glue for too large needles and too small needles.

4. Vacuum pressure setting: The automatic dispensing machine needs to be equipped with vacuum pressure equipment for use. The pressure will change from large to small, which will affect the intermittent and unsmooth gluing.

5. Stroke spacing setting: According to different types of dispensing valves, the spacing distance that needs to be maintained with the product is different. For example, the needle dispensing valve can be in close contact and maintain a slight spacing. Hot melt or jet type dispensing valve distance product spacing is slightly higher.

6. Positioning fixture and clamping: The product dispensing of the platform automatic dispensing machine is carried out by XYZ three-axis linkage mode. Each position requiring dispensing is given a password by the machine. A good positioning fixture for the product can effectively change and clamp the product at the same position, eliminating the need for each adjustment range.
