In the production of industrial roll film machine, some people think that it is better to press the heat seal pattern deeper. At the same time, the temperature resistance of the ink used in the roll film packaging machine needs to exceed the temperature of the heat sealing knife to avoid the problem of ink melting after the roll film packaging machine is heat sealed. Generally speaking, the heat sealing temperature of the industrial film rolling machine should be controlled at 170~210 ℃. If the temperature of the roll film packaging machine is too high, the aluminum foil is prone to wrinkling, cracking and surface discoloration.
