Among them, one of the main problems of the industrial film roll packaging machine is that the surface layer of the heat sealing part, the printing film and the intermediate aluminum foil layer are easy to delaminate. Usually after this phenomenon, the user will complain to the flexible packaging enterprises that the composite strength of the packaging materials provided is not enough, while the flexible packaging enterprises will complain to the ink or adhesive manufacturers that the adhesion is not good, and will also complain to the film manufacturers about the adhesion of the ink and adhesive. Efforts are affected by low corona treatment values, additive flotation, and moisture absorption of heavy materials.
Here, we need to consider another very important factor: the heat seal roller.
The temperature of the heat sealing roller of the automatic roll film packaging machine sometimes reaches more than 210 ℃, and the heat sealing knife of the roller seal has two types of prisms and square prisms.
We put the layered and non-layered samples into the magnifying glass, and we can see that some roller mesh walls are complete and the bottom is clear, and some roller mesh walls are incomplete and the bottom is not clear. Some holes will have irregular black lines (cracks) at the bottom. In fact, this part is the aluminum foil layer was destroyed. In addition, the bottom of some meshes is not flat. It can be said that the ink layer at the bottom of this sample bag has "melted.
For example, BOPA film and AL are ductile materials, but cracks appear when the roll film packaging machine is processed into bags, indicating that the elongation applied by the heat sealing knife to the packaging material has exceeded the acceptable level of the material, resulting in cracking. It can be seen from the heat seal marks that the color of the aluminum foil layer in the middle of the "crack" is significantly lighter than the side, which is a manifestation of delamination.
In the production of industrial roll film machine, some people think that it is better to press the heat seal pattern deeper. In fact, the main purpose of the pattern heat sealing knife heat sealing is to ensure the sealing performance of heat sealing, followed by beautiful. Whether it is a flexible packaging manufacturer or a raw and auxiliary material manufacturer, unless the production process is adjusted or the raw and auxiliary materials undergo major changes, the production formula will not be easily changed during the production process.
If all the foil layers are crushed and the packaging loses air tightness, what good is the beautiful appearance? From a technical point of view, the pattern of the heat seal knife must not be a pyramid, but a prism.
The bottom of the pyramid pattern is a sharp corner, which can easily cut the film and fail to achieve the purpose of heat sealing. At the same time, the temperature resistance of the ink used in the roll film packaging machine needs to exceed the temperature of the heat sealing knife to avoid the problem of ink melting after the roll film packaging machine is heat sealed. Generally speaking, the heat sealing temperature of the industrial film rolling machine should be controlled at 170~210 ℃. If the temperature of the roll film packaging machine is too high, the aluminum foil is prone to wrinkling, cracking and surface discoloration.
