Glue filling machine and dispensing machine is one of the widely used machinery and equipment in industry, and plays a great role in many aspects. So what is the difference between glue filling machine and glue dispensing machine?

The difference between double liquid glue filling machine and glue dispensing machine:

1. Different glue control methods: At present, most glue dispensing machines on the market mainly rely on air pressure to control the glue output. Of course, there are also some machines that do not need air pressure control, while glue filling machines mainly rely on metering pumps to control the glue output and adjust the glue output by adjusting the pump speed. At present, the metering pumps on the market mainly include gear pumps (mainly used for glue without filler), screw pumps (mainly used for glue with filler, wear-resistant) and plunger pumps (also called ceramic pumps super wear-resistant, but the price is very expensive). Therefore, when choosing a glue filling machine, we should consider what kind of pump is suitable according to our own products and the nature of the glue used. Generally speaking, we should recommend low-priced equipment for customers according to their actual requirements.

2. Different sizes of glue output: relatively speaking, the smaller glue output of the glue pouring machine is larger than that of the glue dispensing machine, and the larger glue output of the glue pouring machine can reach more than 10 to 20 grams per second, while the glue dispensing machine is smaller, and the smaller glue output of some glue dispensing machines can reach 0.001 grams.

Dispensing accuracy is different: relatively speaking, the dispensing accuracy of the dispensing machine is higher than that of the filling machine.

4. Different glue applications: Generally speaking, the filling machine is mainly used for silicone, epoxy resin, crystal glue, polyurethane and other two-component AB glue. Dispensing machine is mainly used for one-component glue, such as UV glue, epoxy (black glue), white glue, EMI conductive glue, instant glue, silver glue, red glue, solder paste, heat dissipation paste, solder paste, transparent paint, screw fixer, etc. Of course, in recent years, due to technological advances, dispensing machines are no longer limited to one-component glue, and there are also many dispensing machines that can be used for two-component glue. The glue pouring machine, also known as AB glue pouring machine, is an automatic machine that specially controls the fluid, drops, coats and encapsulates the liquid on the surface or inside of the product, so as to achieve the functions of sealing, fixing and waterproofing. Two-component glue is generally used. The material is mainly placed in the stainless steel pressure cylinder mentioned earlier. Because the driving force of the machine comes from air pressure, this involves a safety issue. Use stainless steel pressure steel, try to choose stainless steel, and the air tightness must be better. Stainless steel cylinders shall be equipped with barometer, mixing system and liquid level alarm display system.

Due to the different requirements of different liquid materials and production processes, some special requirements need to be met, such as liquid defoaming, heating, stirring, and drying liquid defoaming. The aim is to reduce air bubbles in the liquid material to near zero. So how can we meet this special requirement? The vacuum pump can be installed externally (oil-free vacuum pump has low noise). When the liquid material is stored in a stainless steel pressure cylinder, it can be pumped with a vacuum pump to achieve better results.
