The so-called glue is the automatic mixing machine will be two kinds of one-component glue (usually called glue A and glue B) from the storage barrel to the static mixing tube action or process. The so-called glue synchronization refers to the consistency of the output action of the two components of the glue, that is, the consistency of the start or stop time.
The two rubber conveying systems have the same composition, including rubber storage barrels, gear pumps, conveying pipelines and related control devices. The rubber conveying system adopts intermittent working mode, and the working mode is "start increasing speed operation deceleration stop restart". Start and stop alternately. These actions are realized by gear pump and its driving device. Due to the frequent start and stop of the gear pump, the drive system works at low speed. The synchronization of glue is the premise of uniform mixing, and uniform mixing is one of the important conditions for the composite process. Therefore, the two sets of glue delivery systems must be strictly synchronized to ensure that the two components of the glue can be mixed at the same time when entering the static mixing tube, thereby ensuring that the two components of the glue can achieve the correct mixing ratio and be mixed evenly on any section or any tiny section of the static mixing tube. Since the automatic glue mixing machine is on-line glue mixing, if one component glue comes out before or after another component glue, there will inevitably be only one component or a serious imbalance in the mixing ratio of the two components. From the point of view of process realization, the glue synchronization of the glue mixing machine is one of the conditions for the correct ratio, so the glue synchronization control is actually the primary technical key point of the automatic glue mixing machine.
The error of dispensing synchronization can be measured by quantitative indicators. We recommend the following two indicators: the time difference between glue A and glue B in a working cycle, that is, the amount of time that the two relative actions are advanced or delayed, expressed in t, and the unit is seconds (s). The difference between the amount of glue a and glue B starting or stopping in a working cycle, I .e. the amount of glue advanced or delayed due to the time difference between starting or stopping, is expressed in C and the unit is grams (g). Obviously, the smaller the value of ΔT or ΔC, the better the glue-out synchronization of the glue mixer.
The synchronization of the glue delivery of the glue mixing machine is ensured by the glue delivery drive system, which is also closely related to the glue delivery pipe and related control valves. Therefore, it is a multi-link, multi-factor system control technology. At present, many automatic glue mixing machines on the market do not have strict synchronous control at all, and cannot guarantee high-precision and stable operation. Therefore, frequent product failures are inevitable during operation.
