Therefore, we need to pay attention to some of the use and cleaning methods of AB glue machine.

1.AB glue machine exchange glue, need pipeline cleaning. At this time, first close the AB glue machine, open the discharge valve, discharge the remaining adhesive in the rubber barrel of the dispenser, then close the discharge valve, pour the cleaning solvent into the storage tank, activate the gas, and flush according to the solvent as usual.

2. The air pressure inflow is abnormal and there is moisture. You can remove the moisture in the pressure adjustment or check whether the air pressure source is abnormal.

3. Before using AB glue machine in large quantities, a small amount of tests should be carried out to master the use technology of the product and prevent errors. When there is no problem in the test, mass production should be carried out with double-liquid adhesive machine or double-liquid controller.

4. The vacuum system of the AB glue machine extracts the adhesive to remove the bubbles generated during the mixing process, or keep it unchanged for 10-20 minutes, and remove the bubbles generated during mixing in time, and the amount of mixed adhesive will increase.

5. Maintenance method: If the adhesive in the barrel of AB glue machine is replaced with cleaning liquid (clear water/water/alcohol), the cleaning liquid can be removed from the dispensing valve with high pressure to remove the total internal slag glue.
