1. Microcomputer-controlled digital display dispenser controller: makes the dispensing accuracy more accurate, and has multiple operation modes such as automatic, quantitative, and cyclic. 2. Accurate two-liquid dispensing valve: The glue is controlled by the dispensing machine, and the screw and glue pressure at the tail of the dispensing valve can control the amount of glue. Turn the adjusting screw down clockwise to reduce the amount of glue, and turn counterclockwise to increase the amount of glue.

3. The mixing method of the static mixing tube is static mixing, which is composed of a series of left and right rotating blades arranged vertically in the shell. When glue A and B pass through the static mixing tube, they are continuously cut and overlapped into a uniform mixture. The outlet part of the static mixing tube can be connected with a needle of any caliber to ensure accurate output of glue.

4.2 pressure barrels: stick in the water, will not solidify for a long time. By adjusting the air pressure of the two pressure barrels, the output ratio of glue can be easily adjusted from 1:1 to 3:1.

1. There is no mixing or contact between the glue in the pressure tank and the hose. If it does not cure at room temperature, it does not need to be cleaned.

2. Mixed AB glue may remain at the glue outlet of the tee. After work, it is recommended to pull it out of the mixing tube and immerse it in acetone, alcohol, thinner and other solvents, and clean it the next day and take it out for continued use.
