1. Dripping of rubber valve

Too small the needle will also affect the rubber valve began to use when the bubble action. This problem can be solved by simply replacing a larger needle.

2. The size of the glue is inconsistent

When the glue is inconsistent, it is mainly caused by the instability of the pressure cylinder or air pressure of the stored fluid. The inlet pressure regulator should be set at 10 to 15psi lower than the lowest pressure in the plant, the pressure used in the pressure barrel should be between the pressure above the middle of the regulator, and finally the glue time should be checked.

3, the flow rate is too slow

If the flow rate is too slow, the pipeline should be changed from 1/4 "to 3/8". If there is no need for Weihai dispenser pipeline, the shorter the better. In addition to changing the pipe, the glue outlet and air pressure should also be changed to completely speed up the flow rate.

4. Bubbles in the fluid

If the fluid pressure is too large and the valve opening time is too short, air may penetrate into the liquid. The solution is to reduce the fluid pressure and use a tapered needle.

5, UV glue (UV curing glue)

The UV glue in the pressure cylinder often generates bubbles after a period of time and causes the glue to be unstable. Weihai Huashun Precision Machinery should make sure to use black pipelines at this time. Do not directly add UV glue to the old UV glue of the pressure cylinder. The original UV glue should be removed first, and then the UV glue should be poured into the empty pressure cylinder.
